For EU/EEA institutions, Examination Center is designed to act as a processor under the GDPR. We are in early access and finalize GDPR terms with each pilot under a DPA.

Roles & lawful basis
The university (controller) determines purpose and lawful basis; we (processor) act on its instructions under a DPA.
Data subject rights
We are designed to support access, rectification, erasure, and restriction requests routed through the institution.
Transfers & sub-processors
Sub-processors are listed at /subprocessors. Hosting region and EU data-residency needs are discussed per pilot; appropriate safeguards are applied for any transfers.
