Examination Center is designed to support institutions' FERPA obligations, operating as a 'school official' with a legitimate educational interest. We are in early access and work with pilot institutions to meet their specific FERPA requirements.

We process education records solely to provide the exam service under the institution's direction, do not re-disclose them, and use them only for the contracted purpose.
Data minimization & access
We collect only what an exam needs (identity + exam work + integrity telemetry). Access is role-scoped to the student's own section/exam.
Retention & deletion
Records are retained 12 months then deleted, or sooner on request; see Data retention.
