Refunds & Cancellation

How cancellation and refunds work.

Examination Center is in early access — we're onboarding institutions through our Early Access Program. The information here describes our current platform and direction and may evolve; it is not a contractual commitment.

Early Access (today)

Examination Center is currently offered through an invitation-only Early Access Program at no charge. There are no payments to refund during Early Access, and you can stop using the service at any time.

Paid plans

When paid plans are available, pricing and billing are arranged directly per institution. Cancellation, renewal, and any refund terms are set out in the order form or agreement for that plan; per-term plans run to the end of the paid term unless the agreement states otherwise.

Cancellation

To cancel or change a plan, contact support@examination.center. Cancellation stops future renewals; exam data is then retained and deleted per our Data retention policy.

Provider

This is an Early Access service operated by the Examination Center team. The contracting legal entity is confirmed in each institutional agreement before any charges apply.
